Q. Is Mod Mav only for the Ford Maverick?
At this time, yes it is. See www.cd3performance.com for an expanded list of
Ford Vehicles our parent company supports.
Q. I don’t see this part on your website for my
vehicle. Does this mean you don’t carry it?
Not necessarily. Most of the parts we carry are
listed on the website but the market is consistently growing so we aren’t
always able to have everything up in a timely manner. Contact us and we will be
happy to look into getting whatever you’re looking for.
Q. Do you offer sponsorships?
This is extremely rare due to a very limited
budget, but feel free to email us if you are interested. You never know what
will happen.
Q. How does your cash back system work?
After creating a customer profile, every
purchase you make gives you money back towards your next purchase. You earn $5
dollars for every $100 that you spend. Points DO NOT diminish for sale or
discounted items. You will always earn your full cash back amounts. This can be
used whenever you are ready by viewing your cart before checkout and applying
the points.
Q. If I missed points because I forgot to log
in, can I recoup them?
Yes you can. Just shoot an email to sales@moddedmaverick.com and we will
gladly add your points to your account.
Q. I see you ship to Canada. How does Canadian
Shipping work? Is it free?
We ship to Canada regularly. Our Canadian
shipping is primarily used as a way to get hard to find(locally) parts into
Canada fast and cheap. We essentially act as our own broker and drive the parts
across then ship them from inside the country Canada Post. This means there are
no surprise fees and shipping is always less than a week. The cost for this is
18% of the price on the website. It is calculated automatically during check
out. If the package is too large to ship Canada Post we will contact the customer
to make arrangements. We ship to Canada once every week.
Q. How does shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S.
Territories work?
There is an 18% charge surcharge for all orders
that fall into this category. It is applied at checkout. If there will be
additional shipping time this is relayed to the customer before the sale is
processed.
Q. How long does shipping usually take when I
place an order?
If the order is placed by 4pm, shipping is
usually the same day. Unless noted, no orders take longer than 3 business days
to ship. Since we only deal with Mavericks we are able to keep most products in
stock and ready to ship immediately.
Q. Do you install?
At this time, unfortunately we do not.
Q. You list parts/compatibility for
vehicles that I don’t see anywhere else including the manufacturers website.
Why is that?
Our part compatibility is based on what we know
works. Many companies have incomplete data on year/model fitment. We list the
correct information and stand behind what we sell. If there are any fitment
issues we will gladly troubleshoot or provide a full refund.
Q. Do you ever have sales?
Rarely. We do our best to provide up
front pricing without marketing gimmicks. You won’t see fake sales or hidden
fees here. We price everything as aggressively as we can while making sure we
can still provide free shipping, reinvest in product development, and give
exceptional customer service.
